Hello everyone! Welcome to the turkey contest Each person can only enter a maximum of two turkeys each! Once ten entries have been entered I will create the poll

This is our last remaining turkey (we had three die as poults and the other one we butchered last November).

Gender: Tom
Age: About 15 months
Breed/Color Variety: Bourbon Red
Name: The Professor (his friend's name was Gilligan)
Personality: Since Gilligan died, he thinks he's a goat and hangs out with them all the time. He runs up to you when you aren't looking and will attack/peck you if you're not careful. I can't wait to eat him!

This first picture was taken when I turned around suddenly to find him right behind me! Look at his guilty face.

What about for the most fugly? Hahahahahah! Our poor tom is bout fugly as can be right now. We rescued him a few weeks ago and boy was he beat up and neglected. But he is comin around! He hears me talkin the them and buddy he runs like a mad man to get to the eatin spot for his watermelon every day. Lol! He still wont let us get very near him but he doesn't run away like he was amd he will eat with us near now and he will walk closer to us so yay for small victories!
