Turkey Crossing!!!!

Ok, I want to cross a heritage tom over broad breasted hens.
The reason broad breasted turkeys can't breed is because they are all to short and fat to mate properly, but what if you put a tall, more proportionate tom over the hen?

Do ya'll think that it can be done?
