Turkey egg oozing in incubator

my dad had this incubator when he was a kid so its really old only has knob to turn heat up or down

I got one from the 80's. Its still working. Just experiment with it---turn the heat up when you get through with this hatch---see if it will hold around 101??

ok thanks it might be thermometer too its a wall one maybe doesn't work lying down
