Turkey egg questions

Okay, I'm on day 18 (I think) I don't feel like math. I'm supposed to stop turning on the 17th of May. Should I take them out of the turner and boost up the humidity in the morning or wait until I get home? then I can only find 24% feed, will this work? Not meat turkeys.

I used to mark on the hatching calendar if the eggs were set AM or PM and it really didn't matter what time of day you stop turning. The longer we raise them the less we sweat the small stuff. 90% of the time I don't even candle the eggs anymore, just do a sniff test of the 'bator and keep going. Once you get a system that works just go with that.

I set them later in the night, then called the next day day 1. do I bump up himidity when i take them out?
