Turkey eggs

I came upon this site last night, a turkey hen that had been sitting on eggs for a couple of weeks(?) died yesterday. They seem to be in different stages of development judging fromthe way they look under a light. We live in the mountains so it was pretty cool most of the day. I put them on a drawer of the oven that we put on low pulled out with the door open. We may try to find an incubator today. Any suggestions? What is the likelihood of these surviving and hatching these temperature swings. I moistened and turned them but frankly I work and do not have time to hover over these eggs. Any sure way of knowing if they are viable?
