Turkey Eggs

How long do you usually collect your turkey's eggs before putting them in the incubator? And how long can you hold a turkey egg until incubating?

I dont know how long, I have hatched them after they have been sitting in a bucket for 3 weeks.
But I normally load my incubators on Sunday every week. So some of mine will be 7 days old and some will just be 1 day old.
