Turkey hatching questions

Hey there y’all! I’m Dezi and I am currently incubating 3 turkey eggs in the Brinsea Maxi II Advance. This is my first time. It’s day 28. (@10:16pm it will be exactly 28 days) I have one that has pipped the shell but not the membrane. The membrane looks smooth so I’m hoping it’s not too dried out for the turkey to zip it. The other two are showing no signs of activity whatsoever. They had all been active up to yesterday and then only the one that has pipped is now active. I’m so nervous this one will get stuck in there and that the other two are already gone.

Nervous is normal, but leave them alone.

Turkeys are slow pokes. I have seen them with one little peck and about 24hr later they hatch in 5 minutes.
