Turkey hatching troubles - please help asap!

I have 10 turkey eggs that should be hatching in the next 2 days. One has already hatched. I am concerned about 2 that have pipped a circle but it's been over 24 hours. One I can see no movement from. The other has pipped a large hole and we can see it's beak and see it breathing, but it's been 24 hours with no real changes. When I took the other bird out I inspected the egg and the pips have all been crusted over with some kind of goo. There is no way that chick will get out without pipping again. Will it? I don't want to see it die ... it worked so hard! Please help!
