Turkey Hen Body Language

I’m new to turkey’s and have a question about one of my hen’s body language. She just started doing this 3 days ago anytime I get near her. Is she scared of me? I have a broad breasted bronze who will lay down for me to pet her, but she’s very friendly. This little girl was always more aloof, so I’m not sure how to read the situation.

I have the same-thing with one of my hens. My Red Bourbon Tom does not even notice her. She follows me all over when I do chores then sits near me.
