today after five days with no eggs out of my BR hen i decided to check my nonsense hay loft where they roost. sure enough there was a nest with three eggs on a burlap sac.i couldnt believe the crazy thoing i have never heard of turkeys laying up high. is it normal or do i just have a odd bird. also i plan on letting her keep the eggs should i just wait to not see her and then count the days and wait for peeping and take them before they go splat.
