whoa no kidding that is a lot of eggs...turkey eggs are a valuable commodity around here, you are sitting on a gold mine.

I'm a bit of a turkey-aholic... I really like just about anything with turkey meat in it. Plus just one turkey egg makes a great omlet : thumbs_up
