turkey hen laying what to do

I have a pair of slate blue turkeys . they are they are 8 months old and my hen started laying eggs. i thought they did not lay until spring. she is dropping them everywhere . They were free ranging but i have pinned them because she is wondering off i guess to nest. are these eggs going to be hatchable since it is winter. I am n South Carolina so it is not often below freezing. just don't think she knows what she is doing.

As lomg as they are not to cold then yes they should be hatchable.
