Hello, one of my hens red part on her neck is turning colors. Is this normal because she is getting older. She also has reddish colored legs were the other hen has pale grey. Here is a picture of the older hen. Just not sure if there is something wrong with her health.

Turkeys can change the coloring on their heads based on their moods. They also can get more red during breeding season. I see nothing concerning or abnormal on your hen.

Sometimes parts of their heads and wattles just change pigment permanently, too, including if they happen to get bruised. I have a couple hens with grayish/purplish parts on their waddles from past bruising that never went away, and one of my hen's top of her head is permanently red because of what I can only assume is sunburn. I've never seen it change color anymore.
