Turkey hens sitting on small eggs

We have a turkey hen who has been sitting on about 30 eggs (from 2 hens- herself and another). This is her first year. The eggs are the size of chicken eggs. Is it possible that these are not able to be hatched? I haven't been timing it but it seems like it's been more than 28 days that she has been sitting on the eggs and then yesterday was a nice day and the hens stayed out enjoying the day all day without going to sit on the eggs. Any thoughts?

30 eggs is too many for a hen to cover and turn properly. They probably aren't good, but I would candle them and see. It's best to isolate a setting hen to keep others from adding to the nest, and disturbing the process.
