Turkey Incubation FFA PROJECT

Hi everyone!
i need help with an FFA project. For my supervised agricultural experience (SAE) i will be incubating turkey eggs. I have done so for the past 3 years but my hatch rates haven't been as high as i expect them to be. Can yall help me out and tel me the methods you use?
What is everyone's method for incubating turkey eggs? What type of incubator do you use? What is your success rate? Years of experience
FOR EXAMPLE:
Experience- 3 years
Method- artificial Brinsea octagon 48
Hatch rate- 27%
Temperature- 99.5/100.5
Humidity- Incubation 20%, Lock down 60-70%

I have used my broody bantam hens to hatch all my turkey eggs. I get nearly 100% hatch rate on my own eggs and about 80% on shipped eggs.

Sorry I haven't used an incubator for them yet.
