Turkey injuries and health

Please can anybody tell me if they have ever experienced these two types of injuries this is not a bumble foot this is something else I believe his claw caused this by digging in his pad. I thought was going to be a bubble foot surgery I noticed that it wasn’t a Bumblefoot issue at all.

Then when we flipped him is when I saw the bare spot on his belly and the yucky spots which looks infected as well.
I take very good care of my animals I don’t understand what I’ve done wrong please help
