Turkey laying

We are new to turkeys and have 2 hens and 1 tom. They are 6 months old. I know they won't lay til next spring as they were born in February of this year. But my question is, are they like Guinea's and only lay eggs in the spring thru early summer or do they lay year round once they start.

Turkeys are seasonal, like ducks and geese. They lay longer in the deep South, December to August, but fewer months in colder Northern locations.

No, the do not lay year round. My BRs have started as early as November and have stopped as late as September. For some reason I have early starts and lay stops. Also with my peas, geese and guineas. They lay unusually early for some reason. I have to pray that they stop laying. :/
