Turkey leg

I have a baby turkey 2 days old who seems to drag back 1 leg. Will he grow out of this or is there something that I can do?

what are you using as your flooring in the brooder for the poult or poults to run on??

We are using paper towels. It is eating and drinking but the leg does not look a whole lot better. Maybe straw would help?
