We hatched a turkey about a month ago and doesn't seem to be growing.. he/she was a single hatch and was the only one in the crate. I have seen it eat and drink. I've given him all flock crumble. Is there anything else I can add to his food or switch his food to something that can get it to gain and grow

Turkey starter, 28 or 30% protein, maybe will help... but he needed it from the beginning.
Once he/she gets bigger he will be placed outside with the chickens and other turkeys I have. The chickens/turkeys all older eat all flock food.
I will see what they have at farm & home with higher protein and switch him/her to that and see if that makes a difference. He's just right at 4 weeks.
According to the package it says the all flock feed we have is 22% protein

Poults need different nutrition that all flock or chick starter doesn't have.
For first 8 weeks

All flock is fine for adult turkeys. For the first 6 to 8 weeks poults should be given a high protein turkey or game bird starter. After that they should get a quality turkey or game bird grower (usually 24% protein) for the next six weeks.

Once they are 12 to 14 weeks old they can then be fed all flock.
