Turkey only slightly improved with baytril treatment

I treated my pet turkey with baytril 10% for 5 days because his eye was swollen, had bubbles and a gross smell.
He improved a little his eye is less swollen and I can see his top eyelid while I couldn't before because it was covered by the swelling and his eye isn't watery anymore and I'm not seeing a lot of bubbles, but still small ones occasionally. I'm pretty sure the smell went away too but his whole top of his eye is red and still kinda swollen (compared to his other eye)
I'm not sure what else I could've done or if his eye is going to completely recover?
He's still acting the same, no negative changes in behavior
I appreciate any advice or comments

Looks as if he is well on his way to full recovery, I see no discharge from the ocular or nasal areas and the eyes look bright and clear with no evident swelling around the eyes.
You did well.
