Last week we got week old chicks so now that would make them 2 weeks. One of the chick is more than double the size of the others and is breathing heavily. No blood in the stool, and we had separated from the others. Is it possible to get a turkey mixed in with the chicks? And how can we tell

CX are unhealthy birds and rarely make it far past 1 year. I get them for meat but cherry picked 10 of the healthiest ones to keep last year and still had several that needed to be culled. The rest of them were doing alright going on around 8 months but were killed by a dog. A good diet can increase there lifespan a bit. If you are alright with it you could also just butcher and eat him in a few months.
