Turkey outside in winter storm

One of my turkeys got out and roosted in an old pine tree on my property, i couldnt get it down an inside before it got too dark so i had no choice but to leave him outside in the cold windy weather... i know he's fat an feathered but its so cold an windy that im worried. Mostly looking for reasurances an any tips for getting turkeys out of tall trees

Ladder and a really long stick or PVC pipe.

As long as no predators get it, it will handle the weather fine.

Mine roost outside in all kinds of weather including the -40⁰F last year and the -34⁰F last week.

Have to get them in before they roost. I gave up and they roost in the trees and the GH owls pick them off
