I know the contest is over.....I deliberately waited until afterwards to post this picture of these "dancing Toms", taken in a parking lot in Sheridan, Wyoming. These aren't my birds, they are wild, hence the reason I didn't want to give anyone the idea that I was entering my own birds. Congrats to all, the winners and those who just loved sharing photos of their turkeys!

Thanks, Turkenstein! They were in the parking lot at MacDonald's. I've posted it a couple of places today after sharing it with a special group of people yesterday.

Cool!! You see many unexpected things at McDonalds sometimes- Like two TOm turkeys strutting. xD

I saw a bunch of wild turkey feathers outside the animal shelter a few days ago... and once again wondered just how far into a metropolis these birds plan to visit. Shelter is in a major industrial district in Indianapolis.

I apologize for not answering this question before. I just saw it! (I'm a nice lady - just not always the brightest crayon in the box!) I use a Canon T3i - at least I think that's what it is. All I know is that it takes pretty good pictures and I really like it....easy to use and the photos say it all.
