My turkeys make all different kinds of poop, if I tried to figure out if something is wrong with them based on poop I would go insane. Different foods causes different poops, more water because of heat will cause watery poop. I usually go by how they look and act instead. So I would say it looks normal, but I don't know what is normal for your birds.

When I'm concerned about one of mine I get a baseline weight on them, then weigh them every few days.  Poults should gain weight daily and adults should not lose any weight.
