I think you will need to give more information for someone to help you.

A picture, a description of the injury, why you think it's a popped knee, can it walk, etc.

I'm suspecting this is a slipped tendon. Did he dislocate the knee? Did it break skin? Any possibility of a picture to help us more clearly understand?

In addition to the questions in the sticky (here's the post - answer those questions in this thread for us please https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3569 ) , can you tell us the following:

Is he a broad breasted (BB) variety (like BB white or BB bronze, white american), an 'improved'variety, a meat bird, and young? What is his age? What is he eating currently, specifically the protein levels? Does he free range or is he kept in a house? If you feel him, would you say that he's very weighty with the typical B shaped turkeybreast of the heavier meat birds?

What is your intent for him? Pet or slaughter after good care?

Even though this is definitely an illness/emergency, I'd also talk to the people on the turkey board as protein levels, weight, diet, variety of turkey all are very very important to these birds and they're really great at this. There are some deficiencies and illnesses that cause slippage of tendons and then this sort of thing. But often enough they can also be because of diet, etc.

We look forward to your reply. In the mean time, keep him in a small area where he won't move much, keep his bedding very clean and dry. Keep him separated from the others of course. Offer water and some food.
