Turkey poult falling over/cant walk well

I have a 2 week old poult that is falling over and cant seem to walk well my bet is vitamin e defincency or a vitamin b problem, anyone have this problem before? I have her on plovyisol + vitamins in the water and now seeing some improvment after 18 or so hours, is there anything else i can do?

what kind of feed are you feeding it?

i'm feeding it 28% turkey/gamebird crumbles with some chopped up oats same as all the others
