Turkey Poult has swollen head and neck

I noticed today that one of my 3 week old Royal Palm Poults has a swollen head and neck. The swelling is like its filled with fluid. Does anyone know what this might be.

Me either, if it feels like it's filled with fluid, it could be life threatening, I think you should see a vet...

That is caused by a leaking air sac. The cure is to lance it and let the air out.
