Turkey poults: Which gender?

Hi there! Long time chicken mama, first time turkey mama. We got a couple of Bourbon Red poults from RK a few months ago, and still haven’t been able to puzzle out whether they’re boys or girls. Advice on Google hasn’t seemed helpful in sexing younger poults. Any guesses?

How old are they? They look a bit young to tell for sure. Generally between 3-4 months is when it becomes apparent.
