Hello,
I have a turkey that I have been raising for meat and I'd love some input on this situation. I noticed his head got all crazy looking a couple of weeks ago and it has progressively gotten worse and turned into dark scabs pretty much. I showed some people at my local Co-Op and they said that it was fowl pox. If anyone can agree or has any personal experience with this please fill me in! My question is: Is he still ok to eat? Or should I just put him down? He seems to be getting around fine and eating just the same as before. Please any info would be great!
