Turkey Processing in WA

Hi!

I am looking for a place in Snohomish county in WA State that does the full deal... bring in live critters, and out comes the finished product! I heard that there was a place in Snohomish County, I just can't for the life of me remember where it is.

There is no one in the state of Washington that does poultry processing. Too many regulations, no one wants to deal with it. I did a lot of calling around with NO luck. If you find anything please post, many people in WA that would be interested.

DH and I were going to look into a license, but we have a lot of home improvement to do before we can do it. I don't want to do it in the house. \\

The pain in the (ahem) part is the inspection.

We found a butcher in Everett area that will process a live pig, don't see why he wouldn't do a turkey as well. It will cost you though I'm sure.
ETA: I'll have to ask DH and find out tonight though.
