If you are trying to get them to know the new pen as "home", it may take more than two weeks. I would keep them penned separate for a week or so just to make sure they do not bring in a disease to the rest of your flock. In order to imprint on them that this is "home" may take a little longer. Just make sure they know that this is where the food and water is.
