Turkey Snack Question?

I have a question about a snack for my turkeys. This deer season i was lucky enough to harvest my first buck. Well we usually make whats called summer sausage its kind of like a salomi well the smoker was left on overnight and a stick of it was cooked too long and its very dry and doesnt taste good at all. I was wondering if i could cube it up small enough and feed to to my turkeys? Ive heard of people giving their turkeys chicken and beef before..
