Turkey Water'ers

Are the small plastic chicken water'ers not appropriate for turkeys?
I just notice mine has not gone down very quickly.

Although I've been really busy lately and maybe I don't remember filling it up

They're a little small for fully grown birds, but I use them all the time with poults up to several months. They seem to manage them OK. I do raise them up from the floor somewhat to keep them from scratching litter into them.

I should have explained the turkeys are a month old! Guess I am a little distracted...
