Turkey with sour/impacted crop?

It's squishy, almost like it's filled with fluid. If this is a breast blister how should I treat it? If it's pendulous crop does that mean it's untreatable? In other words should I slaughter her?
Pendulous crop I don't think is very treatable, at least not according to the link Casportpony posted above. It could well be the problem, after seeing the pictures.
Do you feel any grain, or feed in there or is it more liquidy? If it is a breast blister, they say to lance and treat it. I never did that with my birds, honestly. Let me find you a link, because these two issues in turkeys present themselves very similarily.

Only after she eats do I feel feed. At that point the whole thing turns hard, much like the normal crops in my other birds. Before eating and a couple hours after eating, it's liquidy.

So pendulous crop does not require making the bird vomit? I mean it's nothing stuck in there that I can remove, it's just become distended? I was planning to empty her again, I'm not sure though, how can I tell if that would help or not? For pendulous crop I read in the articles section about crop bras, didn't take it really seriously but now am considering it.

Also I read that binge eating can lead to pendulous crop. I feed them only in the morning, so maybe it's this bad feeding habit. I'll do it through out the day now.

So I tried emptying her crop today again, and not very much came out at all. After that I made a bra to hold it in; hopefully it'll work. Any other advice? It's still very distended and squishy.
Thanks.

Hi again, her crop seems to have grown in size and the bra isn't helping very much. She now has a disgusting smell coming from her mouth and when I press on her crop she kind of gurgles fluid. Should I empty her again? What should I do? Is apple cider vinegar or apple sauce a good solution? Should I withhold food from her? I now know that it's pendulous crop probably, just haven't gotten any answers on how to effectively treat it yet.

Hi, my approx 4 1/2 month old female broad breasted white turkey has what appears to be a sour crop. Her chest area is hanging out and swollen, but she still appears to be eating okay. This morning I made her throwup (okay that part was super disgusting) because I read it was supposed to help. So it didn't completely empty and she still had a swollen chest area, but she ate a ton, and it went from being soft and squishy to hard. By evening though it was back to its original state. What should I do? I plan on emptying her again tomorrow or the day after, and taking her to the vet is definetely not an option. I'll post pictures tommorow probably.
Thanks!
I heard using virgin olive oil helps with that a lot. Used at a gauge of 2ml(cc) to directly given by mouth. Soft massages are very helpful too. Been dealing with this since yesterday as my bbw boys now have feed available to them 24/7.

I wound up slaughtering her shortly after. In hindsight, knowing what I do now, that should have been done sooner. I didn't realize then that it was not realistic to try to breed these turkeys.

The olive oil is a good idea if she had impacted crop. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I am convinced that she had pendulous crop that continually soured. Our attempts at a crop bra didn't work.

Also, I believe part of my problem may have actually been that I was not feeding these beasts 24/7. I would feed them in the morning a big load, which they would gorge themselves on and overstuff their crops. So maybe that actually contributed to weakened crop muscles.
