Turkey with weird lump under jaw

Hello everyone. Can someone please help me? My tom turkey has a long, hard lump right under his beak. It moves around a little. It has been there for a couple days now and he seems to have a hard time swallowing. I posted a picture of it but I can get better pictures if it would help. Please help! Thanks

I am just guessing, but he may have swallowed a rock that blocked his throaght???

There aren't many long, skinny rocks out in the pen. We usually put out cooked chicken bones and the chickens peck them clean. Do you think he could have swallowed a chicken bone?

I can't afford to take him to the vet. I don't know how I'm going to get that unstuck. Should I try to get it unstuck and let it go down his throat?

Bumping this post to see if anyone else can help me out. It is indeed a cooked chicken bone but I can't get it out of his throat. It is very stuck. I have been trying to massage it up and out of his mouth but it isn't working. Does anyone have any advice?
