Turkeys dies at very end of hatch

I had 4 turkey eggs in my incubator. They were all moving the day defore the hatch. One ended up hatching the other three didn't even pip. I waited a couple of days then broke the eggs. All three had completely formed chicks in them, any ideas why they died at the last minutes before hatch?

Could be several things, but humidity % is at the top of my list! What was the humidity in the incubator for the first 20 some days? And the last 3 days?

Did your temp drop during lockdown at all? What did the membrane look like when you opened the eggs? And was the yolk absorbed or was there a lot left?
