Give them layer feed. Layer feed typically has 4% calcium while non layer feeds usually have around 1% calcium. You really can't force them to eat the oyster shell so the layer feed will give them the extra calcium they need.

I give them all flock feed but I don’t know how much calcium it has

I just found that the all flock feed gives them less calcium that the layer feed so I will gradually switch them to that. Thanks for the help

All flock is not a layer feed and only has about 1% calcium. Just get a quality chicken layer feed usually available with 16% or 20% protein for them. Either will work.

In my opinion, there is no need to switch them slowly. They need the extra calcium now. You can save the all flock for when laying season is over.
