Turkeys for meat

Hello all, just curious if anyone knows the approximate feed-to-meat ratio for heritage turkeys as well as commercial (broad-breasted) types, assuming they are fed 100% grain, and if anyone knows how much if you pasture them that will help. Thanks in advance.

I read somewhere that broad breasted varieties are in the 3:1 area and heritage are around 6 or 6.5:1 for bourbon red.
