I have a bbb hen and a bbw Tom who are giant trouble makers. Our Tom finds a way for the hen to escape from their pen, then they both leave. I went inside for a moment, and I had dill-flavored sunflower seeds. They spread it across the porch and I came outside to see my Tom and lying atop the bag and seeds. I’m not sure how much they ate, but could it affect them?

They should be alright if they don't get more. Sunflower seeds are low protein and high fat.
