20 is an awful lot of poults for one hen, have you candles the eggs still under hatched to see if they're still alive?

Option 1, take the poults away and put them in a brooder. She will return to the nest.

Option 2. let the hen have the poults and put any viable eggs in the incubator.

I had a hen last year that adopted 2 week old poults when I took hers away from her. At one point, she had 28 poults ranging from one week old to 3 weeks old and did a great job with all of them.
