Turkeys missing feathers on back of neck

I have 7 Royal Palms about 5 months, I think there is 5 Toms and two hens. The Toms are missing feathers on the back of thier neck all in the same place, looks like they have been plucked out because the quills are still there but no feathers attached. The two hens are not missing any. Is this from fighting or pecking each other? I have been watching them and they run around bumping chest's but I have never seen them fight or peck.

This the results of small squabbles changing the pecking order. Although I haven't yet seen them do it. I have seen the results as you described it.
