turkeys with swollen sinis, watery eye, runny nose, and a cough/sneeze

My 4-h turkeys have been like this for a while. I gave them 200mg. agrimycin 14 days, ls50 for 5 days their heads got really swollen and they looked miserable. So I gave them oxyteramycin 400mg. now for 6 days. The swelling goes down , the right side staying puffed out. But the other symptoms staying the same. I feel terrible for them. I don't know what to do. Can any one help me? I have them away from everything else. I don't want my chickens to get this.

Do you have any Tylan on hand that you can give them? How long have they been like that?
