Yes im aware of ratios, that's not my issue atm. I want to know if a female will surrender herself to a male even if she is to young

No surrender involved. A tom will/may try to breed an immature hen resulting in her injury/death. Toms raised with chicken hens frequently crush/kil them while attempting to mate.
