Turn eggs twice a day or not at all?

My work/home schedule won't permit me to turn the eggs more than twice a day (I have had no luck training the dogs to do it). I'd like to hatch a few chicks to replace some of the older flock.

Should I go for a no-turn incubation or turn them every 12 hours? Why?

I turn our eggs twice a day due to same reason as you but I turn in the morning and a few hours before i go to bed. I have a 100% hatch rate with my own eggs and a little lower with shipped eggs due to handling and obvious reasons.

Turning them every 12 hours is better than not turning them at all. Here's an article on the relevance of turning that I think you will find interesting:
