Just slaughtered and butchered the older hens this last week,
sure was glad to get that done.....

Folks it looks like we have a random rambling in the meat bird section!!!!!!! lol...
Going to the original post and reading it I am sure they knew where they were at. they were sympathetic with the poster they quoted was sad that they had to butcher some chickens, and the following poster was sad over processing theirs. it seems that you did not read the post and the one they quoted....I'm not rambling. Just pointing out how someone might not know they were in the meat bird forums...
