Turner malfunction

My turner didn't operate for over 36 hours after putting the eggs in the turner. Is this a very bad omen for hatch rate? I watch for several days after putting the eggs in the incubators and this time felt it wasn't operating properly. Then, found it wasn't attached at the motor properly.

You should be okay, sometimes I don't start turning shipped eggs til the second day after putting them in. I still have great hatch rates.
