Turner of my incubator not turning

After not using my incubator went to set it up. Everything works except the egg turner. It doesn't respond to the + and - buttons. What could be the problem???

There are many different types of incubators and turners. We need to know what you are working with before we can respond to that question.

Check back after a 1/2 or so and see if it is in a different position.
