Turner Question

I currently use a turner in my incubator. When it comes to lock down should I remove the turner or just turn it off? Also, has anyone used egg cartons to hatch out of?

Depends how big your incubator is. If you have a huge incubator with a huge turner i wouldn't even bother. They will hatch out fine with the turner turned off. As long as the big side of the egg is facing upwards. If you can take the turner out of the incubator within a reasonable amount of time that would probably be best.

Its a small incuabtor (hovabator). Think I will just take the turner out. Thanks for the help.
