Take the top of the shed, pull the ridge off install a full length vented ridge cap. This will allow for an updraft of air circulation that isn't overly expensive. Snap 2 chalk lines on the long sides of the shed whatever width you'd like, and zip them with a circle saw. Install some hinges and a lock and you have an instant drop window for cross ventilation that is cheap. whole thing for under $200 easy.
