Would it be okay if I turned the eggs at 7:00 am, 3:15 pm, and 8:00 pm? Because I have to get on the bus at 7:15, get off at 3:15, and then some time later would be fine? That would be great because I really want to hatch!!!!

what you want to do is try and even out the distance between turning times, your first two times are good but try and make your 8pm turn a bit later say 10 or 11pm so that they dont get a really long 11 to 12 hours overnight

I turn mine twice a day at roughly 12 hr intervals. I usually get 60 to 75 % hatch. I have been sloppy sometimes with timing with no ill effects
Personally I think as long as they are turned 2 to 3 times a day spead out over the day is fine, it works for me.
I have found that humidity is the most important thing. To mush checking can let the air dry out while your looking. Have a good hatching area and leave them alone. I know hard to do. Get a hatcher with a glass front.

I also turn 3 x a day..and not on a real schedule... morning..afternoon, night..I have great hatches also.
Plus, I don't even worry about the humidity that much. I have found that with my 1588, if it gets a bit dry, and I finally remember to add water, I still get great hatches...but...I do watch the humidity during lockdown. I have 12 lively babies out of 16 that will go into lockdown this coming Wed.

Good hatch. Cynthia! I find that the humidity is most important that last three days.

I slide the wood block 1 side to other 3-8 times a day when time allow. There is no fix schedule. The eggs hatched just fine. I don't see there is a need to open the bator and turn one-by-one.

I did mine about when I got up: 7:30 ish and at about 3:40 ish sometimes we would forget and do it, and we would turn them at like 5. And then like 10 before we go to bed.
